These Terms of Service govern your use of the AI Pet Dance website at https://aipetdance.org ("AI Pet Dance", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to them. Contact: [email protected].

The Service

AI Pet Dance lets you upload a photo, usually of your pet, and make a short AI video of it dancing, in the style of the viral pet dance videos on TikTok and Instagram. AI Pet Dance is an independent website and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, ByteDance, Beyoncé, or any creator whose videos appear on this site.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use AI Pet Dance. You sign in with Google, and you are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload:

• photos of your own pet, or of a pet whose owner has given you permission;
• photos of people only if they have agreed to it and are 18 or older.

You must not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, or other people’s copyrighted characters. You are responsible for the photos you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use AI Pet Dance to:

• impersonate anyone or pass off a video as real footage of a real person;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you; uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload, and the AI provider does not keep them. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you may use the videos you make, including posting them on social platforms. Videos are AI-generated: label them as AI-generated when you post them. You are responsible for what you post.

AI Output

AI results vary. The moves and setting come from the dance you pick and the AI follows your photo for your pet’s look, but small details can come out different, the AI sometimes keeps part of your photo’s background, and we do not guarantee that a video will look exactly like the examples. Videos come with an instrumental dance beat, not any particular song. Review your video before you share it.

Credits and Payments

• Credits come in one-time packs; prices are shown in US dollars before you pay. There is no subscription, and credits never expire.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, including Apple Pay where available. We never see your full card number.
• A render that fails is retried once automatically for free; if it fails again, or the AI refuses the photo, its credits come back automatically.
• Refunds are paid in money: if a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded in money too.

Termination

You may stop using AI Pet Dance at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use AI Pet Dance after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
