What to Include
To help us answer quickly, tell us the email address you sign in with, which video or order it’s about, and what happened. A screenshot, or the reference code shown on a failed video, helps a lot.
Common Requests
- A video with a problem. If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method; if you’ve used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used yet are refunded in money too.
- A video that failed. Failed renders and photos the AI refuses get their credits back automatically, so check your balance first. If something still looks off, write to us.
- Account and payments. Sign-in with Google, credits, packs and Stripe receipts.
- Privacy. Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. Ask us any time to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account sooner.
- Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with AI Pet Dance uses your image, your pet or your content without permission, email us the details and we’ll review it.
