This Privacy Policy explains how the AI Pet Dance website ("AI Pet Dance", "we", "us") handles information when you use https://aipetdance.org. For any privacy question or request, contact [email protected].

Information We Collect

1. Account information. You sign in with Google. From Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture.
2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, usually of your pet, and anyone else shown in it.
3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as the dance and length you chose, task status and creation time.
4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits spent, and technical data such as browser type, device information and security signals derived from your IP address.
5. Payment data. The pack you bought, order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account, process payments and credits (including invite credits and offers), prevent abuse and fraud, keep the service working, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. We use your uploaded photo only to make the video you asked for. We do not sell your photos, videos or personal data.

Service Providers

To run AI Pet Dance we rely on providers for hosting, file storage, AI video generation, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data they need to do their job for us. To make your video, your photo is sent to an AI video provider; the AI provider does not keep your photos.

Storage and Retention

• Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
• Generated videos stay in your account so you can watch and download them, until you delete them or ask us to.
• Account data is kept while you have an account. You can ask us to delete your photos, your videos or your whole account at any time, sooner than the times above, by emailing [email protected].

Cookies and Analytics

We use:

• a sign-in session cookie to keep you signed in;
• Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used;
• a first-visit source cookie that remembers where you first came to the site from, kept for 30 days.

You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking the session cookie will sign you out.

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as objecting to certain processing or receiving a copy of your data.

Children

AI Pet Dance is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). People shown in uploaded photos must be 18 or older and must have agreed to it, so do not upload photos of children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
